Web based personal expense handling in Approve-it Expenses

Approve-it Expenses is a full blown travel expense handling system where you can handle expenses, allowances and representation expenses.

The easy to use web based expense form can be used to entar all data relating to the expenses also with the ability to add scanned receipts. The expense form then can be sent for authorisation in Approve-it to the relavant approver. A calculated summary sheet is avalaible for the users, will be archived with scanned receipts and can also be printed.
    
If one also has aother modules of Approve-it, for instance handling of invoices, all Approve-it related tasks will be displayed in one in basket, sorted in type of task.
