By using KIBIs invoice management service Approve-it Online in combination with SEBs e-invoicing service companies now can handle their whole accounts payable flow entirely electronically. The service works so that the user gets an e-mail indicating that there are invoices to handle. The user reaches his/her inbasket with invoices by clicking on a link in the e-mail message. By clicking on an item in the inbasket the user gets access to all accounting info as well as an image of the invoice. Now the user can add accounting information, manage and authorise the invoice. Other useful functions are automatic reminders, multiple layers of authorisers, access to code plans and other information tabels from the financial system.
